Entry Fee: $12.00 with pre-registration, $15 at the door
(It is a K-8 only tournament limited to 750 wrestlers)
(We expect to fill up with pre-registration, so please, act early)

All wrestlers are encouraged to pre-register to receive discounted entry fee
and avoid cutoff. Pre-registration ends
with a postmark of Saturday, March 1st. Absolutely no refunds after February 29th, 2008.
Wrestlers need to mail in signed waiver
form at bottom and check for $12.00 made
out to the FDL Wrestling Club. Mail to
FDL Wrestling Club, PO Box 1554,
Fond du Lac, WI 54936. Verification of
pre-registration may be found by looking
up wrestler’s name on our web site,
www.fonddulacwrestling.com.
A running total of pre-registration will be kept on
the web site.
